  • References to laws include amendments and successors
  • Words importing one gender include all genders

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age and Capacity Requirements

To use our Platform and purchase Digital Products, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age: Our Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years old
  • Have legal capacity: You must have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts

If we discover that a minor has created an account or made a purchase, we will immediately terminate the account and process a refund if applicable.

⚠️ Important: Digital products are delivered INSTANTLY upon payment. Once you receive access to download or view the product, the sale is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Download your products immediately and store them securely. We are not responsible for lost download links due to email filters, spam folders, or expired links. Pricing Information

All prices displayed on our Platform are:

  • In Indian Rupees (INR): Unless otherwise specified
  • Inclusive of applicable taxes: GST and other taxes included in displayed price where required

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you:

  • Authorize us to charge the full purchase amount to your payment method

Order Confirmation

Failed Transactions

You are responsible for:

Promotional Offers and Discounts

6. No Refund, No Return Policy

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS SOLD ON TOOLSELL ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED AND DELIVERED. Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our products, we maintain a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN POLICY. This policy is clearly disclosed before purchase, and your purchase constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Why We Have a No Refund Policy

Digital products differ fundamentally from physical goods because:

  • Instant delivery: Products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense
  • Inability to verify non-use: We cannot confirm whether digital files have been downloaded, copied, distributed, or used
  • Intellectual property protection: Refund policies for digital goods would enable unauthorized copying and distribution

When Refunds Are NOT Provided

  • Technical glitches: Bugs, errors, or malfunctions in the product

Rare Exceptions

Refunds may be considered ONLY in extremely rare circumstances:

  • Product fundamentally broken: Product is non-functional and cannot be fixed despite support efforts

  • Payment error: You were charged but did NOT receive product access due to a technical error on our end

Chargebacks
